A multi-currency POS, set up per country.

RetailPOS Studio is a multi-currency POS sold and supported in three countries. Each market gets its own prices, tax rules, receipt layout and language — never one setup stretched across all three.

What the software handles

Country rules, built in.

Multi-currency

Each business has a base currency; locations can report in it while selling in theirs. Exchange rates are set by you on purchases from abroad.

Tax rates and tax groups

Combine rates into groups (state + county + city, or VAT), mark prices inclusive or exclusive, and exempt items or customers.

Receipt and invoice layouts

Several layouts per location: show your tax number (TRN, NTN, EIN), tax breakdown, languages and logo.

Date and number formats

DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY, decimal places per currency, thousand separators, and the first day of the week.

Languages

Interface and receipts in English, Arabic, Urdu, Spanish and Chinese, with editable custom translations.

Saudi branches

ZATCA e-invoicing is available as an add-on module for branches in Saudi Arabia — ask on your demo.

Plainly

What we don't claim.

  • No fiscal-printer or e-invoicing certification in the USA, the UAE or Pakistan.
  • No FBR (Pakistan) POS integration claim. Tier-1 retailers should ask on a demo before switching.
  • No card processing of our own — cards go through your processor.
  • Tax notes on this site are general information, not tax advice. Sources: UAE Federal Tax Authority — VAT, Federal Board of Revenue (Pakistan).

Spec sheet · FAQ

Country & tax questions, answered.

01Which countries is RetailPOS Studio sold in?Day to day
We sell in three markets: the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. Each has its own pricing in USD, AED or PKR, its own support hours and local payment habits. Shops elsewhere can still use the software, but we focus sales and support on these three.
02Can one business use more than one currency?Day to day
The software supports multiple currencies and exchange rates, so you can record purchases from an overseas supplier in their currency while selling in yours. A chain with shops in different countries can set each business up in its own currency.
03How does it handle different tax rules?Day to day
You set tax rates and group them, such as a single VAT rate in the UAE or a combined state and local sales tax in the US. Prices can be entered tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive, and receipts show the tax breakdown. You remain responsible for choosing correct rates and filing returns.
04Can receipts show a tax registration number?Day to day
Yes. Invoice layouts can show your tax registration number, business details and the tax breakdown required for your invoices. UAE shops typically show their TRN, and Pakistani shops their NTN or STRN.
05Does it support FBR point-of-sale integration in Pakistan?Day to day
We don't claim FBR point-of-sale integration. If you are a Tier-1 retailer who must report sales to FBR in real time, raise it on your demo before buying so we can discuss your exact requirement. Most smaller shops are not Tier-1.
06Are date and number formats local?Day to day
Yes. You choose the date format, such as day-month-year in the UAE and Pakistan or month-day-year in the US, the currency symbol and its position, and the number of decimal places. Pakistani shops often run without decimals.
07Can I sell in a country you don't list?Day to day
You can use the software anywhere, since it's hosted online, but local pricing, support hours and payment options are set up only for the US, the UAE and Pakistan. Contact us if you're elsewhere and we'll tell you honestly what to expect.
08Is there a ZATCA option for Saudi Arabia?Day to day
There is a ZATCA e-invoicing add-on module for Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia isn't one of our three sales markets, so ask on a demo if you need it.

Three markets. One login.
