Phone repair shop software inside your POS
RetailPOS Studio includes phone repair shop software: a job sheet for every device that comes in, with the brand, model, serial or IMEI, the fault, the condition, the estimate and the status. Customers are notified as the repair moves on, parts come out of the same stock you sell from, and the job becomes an invoice when the device is collected.
Included from Stockroom from $65 per location / month · + sales tax

What is a repair job sheet?
In short
A repair job sheet is the record of one device left for repair: who owns it, what it is, what's wrong, its condition, the agreed estimate and its current status. It is printed or shared as the customer's receipt, updated as work progresses, and turned into an invoice with parts and labor when the device is collected.

How it works
How does the repair module fit with the shop?
- 01
Brands, models and checklists
Keep a list of device brands and models, and a pre-repair checklist such as screen, camera, buttons and charging port, so every intake records the same things. When a customer later says the camera worked before, the checklist shows what you recorded at drop-off.
- 02
Statuses that match your bench
Create statuses like received, diagnosing, waiting for parts, repaired, ready and collected, each with its own color. The job list filtered by status is the technician's day: what's waiting, what's stuck and what's ready to call about.
- 03
Parts from the same stock
Screens, batteries and charging ports are products in your inventory. Adding them to a job uses the same stock you sell over the counter, so a count tells you what's left for both repairs and retail.
- 04
Warranty and history
Because the device's IMEI or serial is on the job sheet, you can see whether it was sold by you and still under warranty, and how many times it has been in before.

Repairs in your kind of shop
Phone shops
Screen and battery counters
Most phone shops in New York, Dubai's Al Ain Centre or Karachi's Saddar earn a big share of profit from screens and batteries. Job sheets keep a busy counter organized, and the status list shows which devices are waiting for parts from a supplier.
General retail
Small appliance and watch repairs
Shops that replace watch batteries or fix small appliances can use the same job sheets with simple statuses, so items left by customers never get lost in a drawer.
Gift shops
Engraving and personalization jobs
Gift shops that take engraving or personalization orders can log them as jobs with the item, the text agreed and the collection date, and invoice on pickup.

What goes wrong without job sheets
Lost devices
A phone in a drawer with a sticky note is a phone that goes missing. Every job has a number and a status.
Condition disputes
Without an intake checklist, existing scratches and faults become the shop's problem.
Parts that vanish
Screens used for repairs but never recorded leave stock and profit wrong.
Customers chasing you
Calls asking 'is it ready?' stop when customers are notified on status changes.
