How it works

One shop, many languages.

Interface per user

Each staff member can use the till in their own language while the receipt stays in the customer’s.

Receipt layouts per language

Keep an English and an Arabic layout and pick per sale, or print bilingual receipts.

Editable translations

Change any word on screen or paper — your shop’s terms, not a dictionary’s.

Right-to-left done properly

Arabic and Urdu mirror the layout, not just the text; numbers stay readable.

Language questions, answered.

01Which languages can the software run in?Day to day
The app interface and receipts can run in many languages, including English, Arabic, Urdu, Spanish and Chinese, and you can edit translations yourself. Each staff member can use the language they read best, while receipts print in the language your customers expect.
02Do Arabic and Urdu receipts print right-to-left?Day to day
Yes. Arabic and Urdu receipts and invoices print right-to-left with the correct text shaping, provided your receipt printer prints graphics or supports the script. The hardware guide explains what to check.
03Can I print a receipt in two languages?Day to day
Yes. Many UAE shops print English and Arabic on the same receipt. Invoice layouts let you add labels in a second language beside the first, so customers and auditors both read it easily.
04Can I change the words the software uses?Day to day
Yes. Custom translations let you change any label, such as calling a supplier a vendor or using the Urdu word your staff prefer. Changes apply across your account.
05Are product names translated too?Day to day
Product names are what you type, so you can enter them in any language or include two languages in one name. Some shops use English names for scanning and searching and add the Arabic or Chinese name in the description.
06Which pages of this website are translated?Day to day
The home, pricing and contact pages are available in Arabic, Urdu, Spanish and Chinese. The rest of the site is in English for now, and more pages will be translated once the English copy is final.
07Can I get support in my language?Day to day
We aim to offer demos and support in English, Arabic, Urdu, Spanish and Chinese where a speaker is available, and WhatsApp messages in your language are always welcome. Tell us your language when you book.
08Does the online store show my language?Day to day
Your auto-generated store shows product details in whatever language you entered them, and its labels can be set to your language. A fully bilingual site with separate language versions is available through the managed website.

Speak your customer’s language at the till.
