Everything on retailposstudio.com, including feature pages, market pages, help articles and blog posts, is general information about RetailPOS Studio and about running a retail shop. It is written carefully and checked against how the software behaves, but it is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice for your particular business.

2. Tax and regulatory information

We describe how the software handles sales tax in the USA, value-added tax (VAT) in the UAE and sales tax in Pakistan, and we link to official sources such as the UAE Federal Tax Authority and Pakistan’s Federal Board of Revenue. Tax rules change and depend on your registration, products and location.

• RetailPOS Studio lets you set tax rates and tax groups, show prices inclusive or exclusive of tax and print tax details on receipts and invoices. You remain responsible for choosing the right rates and filing your returns.
• We do not claim any government certification for fiscal printers, e-invoicing or point-of-sale reporting, including FBR point-of-sale integration in Pakistan. If your business must meet such a requirement, raise it on your demo before you buy.
• Please confirm your obligations with a qualified accountant or the relevant tax authority.

3. Competitor prices and comparisons

Our comparison and alternatives pages describe other point-of-sale products using information that was publicly available on the date shown on each page (“prices checked” date). Sources are linked where possible. Competitors change their plans and prices, and offers differ by country and by negotiation. Always check the competitor’s own current pricing before deciding. If you believe anything we say about another product is inaccurate, tell us through the contact form and we will review and correct it.

4. Trademarks

Square, Lightspeed, Shopify, Clover, WooCommerce, GoHighLevel, WhatsApp, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, JazzCash, Easypaisa and other product or company names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify those products. Their mention does not mean those companies endorse, sponsor or partner with RetailPOS Studio.

5. “Works with” and planned integrations

When we say RetailPOS Studio works with something, such as your card processor, receipt printer, label printer, barcode scanner or cash drawer, we mean the software can be used alongside it. The third party provides and supports its own product or service, and you contract with them directly. Card payments are processed by your own processor, not by us.

When we describe an integration as planned or say “ask on your demo”, it is not part of any plan yet. Do not buy on the strength of a planned integration.

6. Illustrations and examples

Screens, receipts, labels, ledgers and numbers shown in illustrations and demos are examples created for this site. Prices on example labels, sample stock levels, sample reward-point settings and example serial or IMEI numbers are not real records.

7. Reviews

Reviews marked Sample are examples written to show what customers typically say about the problems we solve. They are not from named customers. We will replace them with real, verified reviews as we collect them and will never present a sample as genuine.

8. Savings calculator

The savings calculator estimates costs from the figures you enter and our published prices. It does not include card-processing fees, hardware, taxes or your own staff time unless you add them. Real savings depend on your business.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience and sourcing. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. No guarantee of results

Examples of time saved, stock accuracy or reduced shrinkage describe what the features are designed to do. Your results depend on how the software is set up and used in your shop, your staff, your products and your market. We don’t guarantee particular sales, savings or search rankings.

12. Accuracy and updates

We work to keep the site accurate and update pages when the software, prices or rules change, showing the last-updated date where it matters. Mistakes can still happen.
