Cookie Policy

In plain words

We store a handful of small items in your browser: your consent choice, display preferences, your country and campaign attribution. Spam protection on forms uses Cloudflare Turnstile. No analytics or advertising scripts load unless you accept them.

1. What this policy covers

This policy lists the cookies and similar browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) that retailposstudio.com uses. Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. localStorage and sessionStorage work in a similar way but are never sent to our servers automatically.

2. The items we set

3. Analytics and advertising

None are loaded until you consent. The site currently runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If analytics are enabled in future, they will be listed here and gated by the consent banner: they will not run until you choose “Accept” and will stop as soon as you withdraw consent.

4. Necessary items

Necessary items make the site work and keep it secure. The consent record and the Turnstile check fall into this group. They don’t track you across other websites.

5. Preference items

Preference items only remember choices you make on this site so you don’t have to repeat them. They stay in your browser and are never shared.

6. Attribution

The sf-utm record tells us which campaign or advertisement brought you to the site. It is first-party (only this site reads it), it contains campaign parameters rather than your identity, and it travels with a form only if you choose to send one.

7. How to change your choice

Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer at any time to reopen the consent banner and change your choice. You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes every item listed above. Clearing them resets your theme, palette, country and accessibility settings to the defaults.

8. Changes

When we add or remove an item, we update the table above and the date at the top of this page.

9. Contact

Questions about cookies can be sent through the form or the Show email button on our Contact page.
