5. Reporting infringement (DMCA-style notice)

If you believe content on this site, or on a store generated by RetailPOS Studio, infringes your copyright, send a notice through the form on our Contact page with the topic “Copyright”, including:

  3. The exact web address where the material appears.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every complete notice promptly, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and tell the person who posted it.

6. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice through the same form with your contact details, the material removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material unless the original complainant tells us they have started legal action.

7. Repeat infringers

We may close the accounts of merchants who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.
